PEER REVIEW PROCESS

All submissions to the MEC Conference Proceedings underwent a peer review process. Each abstract or short communication was evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with subject matter expertise. Submissions were assessed for scientific validity, originality, and relevance to the conference scope prior to acceptance.
